Reservation Policies
*All rates quoted are per item and based on three day rental only. For rental of items more than three days; call for
quote.
*There will be an additional fee for items lost, damaged, or not
at location on pickup day.
* No discounts available at anytime.
* A
one time local site survey is provided with rental. Any additional site
surveys or outside local delivery area will be a charge of $75.00
visit.
* An additional charge may be applied for "rush delivery" or
orders placed with less than 48 hours notice.
* One half of the order cost is taken as deposit, the remaining balance is due 30 days
prior to the event date. We accept personal check, Visa/MC or cash as payment.
* A signed contract (Lease agreement) must be signed within 15 days from date of
makiing reservations and payment in order to confirm.
* Free local delivery includes the following areas: Emerald Isle, Salter Path, Indian
Beach, Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Beaufort, Swansboro, and all areas
in between. (For areas outside our free local delivery please call for
delivery quote.)
* All gear must be paid for at time it is reserved or rented on a first come, first served basis.
* Tents will only be setup with at least 24 hour notice.
** Beach local setup is additional fee of $100.00
Refund Policy
* Refunds and cancellation policy: No refunds are given for inclement weather. No refunds for cancellations of 90 days or less.
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations of 91 days or more and if ALL items are re-rented.
No refunds or discounts once items are delivered and/or set up.
