Pricing is for weekly and partial week rentals and is based on the number of bedrooms allowed by your approved septic. If you offer sleeping for more than the number of bedrooms, the next appropriate bedroom size will apply.

Linens Service Includes:

Beds made with turn down service, including a luxurious, deep pocket, white fitted sheets and flat sheets, pillowcases for each bed.
Four large, thick bath towels, washcloths and hand towels for each king, queen, double, futon and sleep sofas and two bath towels for every twin.
Bath mat for each bathroom.
Dish towels and dish cloths.
Custom beach tote, including: custom bath soap, aloe gel and toothpaste packet for each bath. Gourmet coffee, a roll of toilet paper, area map and discount package from local vendors.
Delivery and pick up service from your vacation home in logo duffle.
